The Council of Ministers in Saudi Arabia met Monday April 15th to reaffirm their positioning in regards to Weapons of Mass Destruction. They believe the Middle East should become a "demilitarized zone of all weapons of mass destruction" a belief that they have brought forth numerous times to various conferences. These come in light of the heightened violence in the Middle East within the past few months. The Council also applauds those who develop economic trade with key partners throughout the Middle East and the world in an effort to create more positive connections.
This announcement also follows unsuccessful discussions in Kazakhstan with Iran, the US, Russia, China, France, the UK, and Germany.
